The experience was easy and wonderful, from booking through checkout. The unit is located in an easy walk to delicious restaurants and shopping areas. We ventured out, Banff is only a quick 30-minute drive and the surrounding area is beautiful! A nicely decorated large space with a comfy couch and beds and a decent view. It had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. The pool, which is about a 2 minute walk downstairs and through the parkade is small but the hot tub is a good size.
