The view from the balcony is great but depending on the time of day it’s very loud outside because the suite is right above the pool location. If you’re looking to sit out there for some quiet time you’re at the mercy of when the pool is full of people. We found because of the angle of the sun it was better sitting outside in the morning or later in the evening, instead of the afternoon. The place looked better in the pictures and is a bit more worn down than the images show. The carpets look like they need a good clean or replacement but overall it was still a nice place. We liked having a kitchen and it was well stocked with cooking items. The place does not have built in A/C but there were multiple fans in the closet that could be used and one small A/C window unit. The loft area gets quite warm so we needed those for sure. Even though it wasn’t super hot outside when we stayed, being a top unit it gets warmer than expected. Well stocked but a few issues. Freezer seemed to have water leaking into freezer. A piece of the counter kept falling off. Table lamp didn't work. Hair dryer didn't work. 2 of us slept in the single beds and there was no top sheet? ##### Ellen S. Upon check in they didn’t have any record of us but we called and they were able to email right away.
