Nice place.
It is a little crowded for 8 but did the job. Great communication with the management and the maintenance man is great. The big issue is our suite had issues with heat. No matter what you set it at it would go up. It was 28c. They did do their best to fix and we ended up just turning the furnace switch off. Great location and all you need is available.

Requested high chair and crib for our stay. After 3 hours of telling the owners there was no crib - for some reason they wouldn’t believe it wasn’t there even though I told them numerous times it wasn’t. They came and found it for us, behind a locked door. By now it was 3 hours past the babies bed time and she was not happy. Never did get a high chair. We booked this location because of the hot tub. Asked for information to get into the hot tub, we’re told it was out of order even though we had seen people in it the day before. After telling the owners this repeatedly (again they wouldn’t believe me) they gave me the code to get into the hot tub. Went to have our spa and found out not only do you need a code but you also need a key. Never did get our spa. We’re told the basics were at the home (coffee tea etc). There was enough coffee for 1 pot Location was great but would hesitate to stay with this host again

The condo was in a nice location, easily walkable to Downtown Canmore. Decor was very pretty and updated. Great selection of kitchen tools, dishes to use. We liked that the rooms were downstairs, so you weren't bothered by the upstairs neighbors. But be warned that stairs are the only way to get to the 2 bedrooms, which might not be great for anyone with mobility issues. Rooms felt a little bit cramped with the large or multiple beds. But definitely makes sense to fit more people in. The toilet in the 1 room didn't flush, we messaged but it wasn't fixed during our stay. There were 2 BBQ's on the deck, so you couldn't sit out there and enjoy a coffee in the AM which would have been nice. But still nice to have a balcony and space to stand and view the mountains. Over all we would absolutely stay there again, it was a great base for our short mountain getaway.

As advertised, super easy to get into, parking spots small when you can get a spot, but there is other parking available. Hot tub was under maintenance our second night but not the owners fault since it is a building hot tub. Place is great and recommended.

Clean and convenient
Nice, clean location. Canmore is less crowded than Banff so this was a great alternative with lots of options for food and shopping. This unit is a lower unit, so there is not a big patio and the bedrooms and bath are small, but the home is clean and has everything you need to make this a good base camp for your adventures. Banff and Lake Louise are a 30 - 40 minute drive. Calgary is about an hour. Host was available if needed and offered National Park passes to guests.

Not what we expected
The condo location was great. This is 2 stories with kitchen, living, dining up and 2 bedrooms downstairs. But it’s not what we expected based on the online listing. The furniture is way too big for the space and you have to shuffle around the beds and the couch and dining table. There were 4 of us and we barely fit, smaller beds, and other furniture would have made it more comfortable. The kitchen is not stocked, no storage containers for leftovers, not the usual VRBO setup. The salt and pepper were even empty. I also doubt the place had been cleaned from previous renters as there was hair and other messes in the bathrooms. We had an issue with the AC, and also found windows were left open from previous renters. No instructions in the place for how to use AC or other items. Very little communication with helpful info from leasing company.
