It was clean, bright, and had plenty of space for our family of 7\. (parents, grandparents, +3 kids aged 7-11). The photos are as advertised. A train runs behind the building, in the direction the patio faces. I thought it was picturesque and added to our mountain view, but if you're a light sleeper, the noise may bother you. The property manager was very clear and thorough in their communications. There were fires nearby when we went (summer 2024), and they brought us a portable air purifier to help with the smoke.
