This property exceeds the description and photo's. Check in was very simple and communication is very prompt and professional. The unit is very well appointed and only a short walk to grocery shops and restaurants. Banff is only a 15-20min drive. The views from the deck are beautiful. It was clean, bright, and had plenty of space for our family of 7\. (parents, grandparents, +3 kids aged 7-11). The photos are as advertised. A train runs behind the building, in the direction the patio faces. I thought it was picturesque and added to our mountain view, but if you're a light sleeper, the noise may bother you. The property manager was very clear and thorough in their communications. There were fires nearby when we went (summer 2024), and they brought us a portable air purifier to help with the smoke. Took over the living room as a bedroom and amazingly quiet for those using it and those in the kitchen. Has everything you might need, walking distance from trails and the center of town.Most of the bedrooms didn't hear the trains in the middle of the night, but the one upstairs, closest to the stairs should sleep the heavy sleepers. Amazing views, great location and enough space for everyone to have a comfortable stay. Lake Louise and Banff were short drives easy to get to.
