The property was pristine clean, with plenty of space and everything needed. Very short walk into Canmore (MUCH preferred the town of Canmore to Banff). VERY quick and easy communication with the owner/manager...and they were very helpful. Would absolutely recommend this property, with only one caveat...This is a three story unit, with a bedroom/bathroom/laundry on first floor. Three bed/bath on the second floor, and the kitchen and living/common area on the the third floor...with a nice balcony. When we were there, I would say high temps during the day probably reached upper 70s. The third floor has great windows, but the sun hits them pretty directly...and the A/C unit could not keep the third floor cool for our last three days. It seems to constantly during the day be 84F or so. The manager mentioned they have some window coverings on order, are looking at the size of the unit upstairs, etc. They dropped off two fans to help, but the third floor was still hot. The second and first floor have similar A/C units...and all the rooms have fans...so it wasn't really an issue. Other than this, the house was PERFECT. Hopefully they can get the third floor A/C situation figured out...since it's really a great space to hang out, etc. ##### Robert H.
