The spacious living area boasts a stunning feature wall with a cozy fireplace, creating a perfect ambiance for relaxing evenings. High-speed Wifi ensures seamless connectivity, whether for streaming entertainment or attending to professional matters.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area provide a delightful setting for intimate meals. Step outside to the private deck, where a luxurious hot tub awaits, surrounded by glass railings that offer breathtaking panoramic views. The BBQ grill adds a touch of culinary delight to your outdoor dining experiences.  
  
Each bedroom is furnished with its own television, offering a private sanctuary for relaxation. The townhouse also includes air conditioning for optimal comfort during warmer months and heated floors to enhance coziness on cooler nights.

Guests may use all parts of the apartment.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
2nd Ave lies just off the main access road in and out of Canmore. The townhouse is perfectly placed for quick access by road to hiking and skiing in Banff National Park. Within a 5 minute walk you can enjoy the amazing French pastries at Le Fournil, an incredible meal at Crazyweed Kitchen or Ankor, or grab some freshly roasted coffee to take home from Eclipse Coffee Roastery. Supermarkets are a 5-10 minute walk, and downtown Canmore with its shopping and restaurant scene is a 10-15 minute walk from the condo. Directly opposite Ravens Peak is a walkway to take you across the railway line and straight to the supermarkets and then on to downtown.  
  
Getting Around:  
Free local Roam transit is available within Canmore, with connections to Banff and Lake Louise (fares apply). Legacy Trail bike path to Banff is literally a one minute ride away. Canmore is highly walkable, with dedicated paths for both foot traffic and bikes all over town. Bikes (and skis) can be rented from Gear Up, a 5 minute walk across the street from the home.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
There are stairs in this unit, making it unsuitable for guests with mobility issues and/or small children. The furnishings and decor are very high end, so it is best to suited to adults and older children.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
We are professional vacation managers who live in town and will happily offer as much or as little support as you need during your stay. Talk to us for advice on hiking, biking, skiing, restaurants etc. If you need specific equipment for your stay that you don't want to buy, get in touch and we'll see if we can help.
