The property was as advertised and was very much a home. Well stocked kitchen, furniture was comfortable and the toiletries were good quality. Slept 8 adults comfortably (two sharing the king bed and two in bunk beds, the bunk beds do creak). Location was great to walk from but you would need to drive to get downtown. ##### Jennifer D. WiFi was a bit confusing but after discussing with the property manager, we were able to connect to the wifi. The location was perfect for a nice walk and driving distances to the golf ranges near by. My family and my sister in law and her family stayed in the home and there was plenty of space for each of us. It was nice to have the second floor with the kitchen and dining, TV as the main floor. We got to spend most of our time together there. The home had games the kids played which was a lot of fun and entertaining for us all. Our family grew a lot closer from that time together, making us want to make this small weekend getaway together a tradition. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the home if needed. A couple suggestions: if they could add a map to the location where the garbage should be thrown away and leave that map in an area where it is easily visible would be helpful, same for wifi instructions, would be nice to have the wifi network and password visible, with options for other networks or troubleshooting solutions when the provided network and password are not accessible. Overall though, was a beautiful property, comfortable, and clean. We felt very welcome when we saw the table set for us when we walked in. We walked to town a couple of times. We cooked on the grill. Everyone did laundry. We had a great time. We couldn’t find where to take our trash, because the book of instructions confused us. But the manager was very responsive to our questions on email. Beautiful touches everywhere. Thoughtful extras & well stocked pantry. TVs EVERYWHERE! And an Xbox. We had the best time at this property and conveniently located close to all the skiing in the area. Kids loved it as well and it had plenty of space for all of us to remote work and go to school. The motorized standing desk upstairs was a god send ##### Shameiz H. Aug 8, 2023 Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness #### Great House but Property Management Woes Pros: - pictures are accurate - our large group appreciated the many bathrooms and areas to sit - park passes to Banff were fantastic - Location was handy, very close to most things in Canmore - lots of beds - tech was nice (lots of tvs etc) Neutral: - beds are VERY firm - stair are a bit narrow (one person at a time) Cons: - house was dirty (dead flies on window ledge, hair in the shower, dirt and dust balls in most corners, mats and bedding were dirty) - house is showing its age (marks and dings on the walls) - no shade on deck (no umbrella etc) - Broken bench, even after reporting it to property manager (more than once) was not repaired, even after I sent a video explaining how it was broken - Rude gentleman barged in the day before we were scheduled to leave accusing my Grandmother of not having left the house on time. I completely understand that it could have been a communication error on their part, but the way they talked to my grandmother was horrible. Overall, for the cost that we payed to stay at this house we expected more for the premium price that is payed. ##### Allison J.
