Great communication, fast response with requests, and overall very clean property.Our families are very picky about linens and pillows, and this place met our standards. Plenty of supplies on site (dish soap, tissue, toilet paper, etc.)Our families meetup from all over the world (there are 8 of us) to visit Banff and this location sits really well for us.
