House Rules:
\~Please remove shoes at the front door.
\~NO SMOKING - absolutely no smoking inside the premises, including the patio of the unit. Smoking only permitted outside the building (front entrance or exit-only door at end of hallway beyond unit).
\~MAKE-UP REMOVAL: Please DO NOT use white towels to remove make-up. This ruins the towels and will incur a replacement charge at the guest\`s expense. Please use paper towel or your own disposable make-up removal wipes. \~All items are owned within the unit, anything taken will be charged back to the guest.
Extra Charges and Fees:
Please note that additional housekeeping charges may apply for excessive messiness or damage to our unit or furniture. These fees include:
\- Late checkout fee: $25 (applies after 11 am without prior approval by the host)
\- Extra garbage fee: $25 (for garbage/recycling left in the unit)
\- Extra cleaning fee: $25 (for excessive cleaning needs, such as food left in the kitchen/on tables, or dishes not done)
\- Towel replacement fee: $10 (for damaged towels, replacement price per towel)
