After a day of adventure—whether it’s skiing the slopes, hiking scenic trails, or exploring the town—return to the warmth and comfort of this stunning penthouse. Gather around the table for a friendly game night, laughter filling the space as you share a meal and compete over your favourite board games. As the evening winds down, sink into the oversized sectional by the glowing fireplace for a cozy family movie night. This is where memories are made.

The fully stocked kitchen features modern, high-end finishes and top-of-the-line appliances, making it easy to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to gourmet meals. BEDROOM #1: First Primary bedroom, with a luxury pillow top King mattress, high end linens and panoramic mountain views out of the floor to ceiling windows. A full ensuite bathroom is around the corner, with a deep soaker tub and double sinks.   
  
BEDROOM #2: Second primary suite with a pillow top king mattress, large smart TV, and a full ensuite bathroom with a second soaker tub and double sinks.   
  
BEDROOM #3: Queen over Queen, extra tall, solid wood bunkbed with memory foam mattresses. Incredible views of the Three Sisters and surrounding mountain ranges right from your bed.   
  
BEDROOM #4: Queen over Queen metal bunkbed with memory foam mattresses.   
  
BATHROOMS:  
Three very spacious bathrooms equipped with lush towels and the lemongrass aroma of our local Rocky Mountain Soap. Two luxurious soaker tubs have large windows providing incredible mountain views from the tub. We supply spa-like Tea Tree Oil shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.  
  
LAUNDRY:  
The condo conveniently has a dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer in the suite. Laundry detergent & dryer sheets are provided.  
  
CANCELLATION POLICY  
Medium-Strict: 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days before, within 14 days guests will receive only the cleaning fee back.

The property was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the fact that it was all one level and the family gathering space was large and open. The private parking space was terrific. The only negative was the construction in the neighborhood made the deck very dusty. We wiped it off and enjoyed it anyway. Loved the community!
