The unit is very spacious and can sleep up to 10 guests (max 8 adults, 10 with children) comfortably. The resort has all the amenities that you need for a great vacation, during any season. The best features are a large heated outdoor pool that's open year-round, 3 different hot tubs, gym facilities, and an outdoor playground. The unit itself is ample 1200 square feet and has 3 generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids and teens with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks. The living room has lots of seating and one of the sofas is a queen pull-out. The full kitchen has everything you need for preparing and enjoying meals. There's also a dining area with seating for 8 and more seating at the counter beside it. The large balcony has mountain views and pool views. There's also a natural gas BBQ and outdoor seating. The condo is conveniently located to the outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs. It's a quick walk down the hall to the large rectangular hot tub. The pool is given a balcony, so you can send older kids off to the pool, but still, keep an eye on them. The unit is supplied with great extras like luxury bath products, robes for the master suite, board games, video games, streaming apps & smart TVs, Cable, and Wi-Fi. However we had issues in a few areas, the couch pullout bed was broken and was very difficult to get back down. One of the side hinges was bent and on the other side the hinge was missing some components. the couch arm was broken, and the mattress was none useable. The service brought over some extra comforters that we used to make it somewhat useable. One of the pillows we thought was a feather pillow and the person on the couch was allergic so we took the pillow case off to use it on another pillow and the pillow had blood spots on it, Either the pillow case had never been changed or the cleaners never bothered to swap out the pillow. The toilet in the master ensuite didn't flush properly so we had to to a quick repair and the toilet paper holder was broke and kept falling off we left it off.location was great and the pool and hot tubs were very good. The condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. Great location for our Canmore, Banff, and YOHO adventures! The condo was clean and the kitchen and accommodations matched the description well. We wanted a place to be together without interference of busy schedules. This certainly worked.
