Bedroom door handle broken, dining chair broken, bathroom sewer plugged twice. Contacted provider and they helped with sewer but lost almost 2 days of vacation. Were supposed to be reimbursed $200...promised withing 7-14 business days and have yet to see the money...and now not responding to text messages.
