Memorabilia collected over the last 30 years from different productions we have worked on as extras. The signed autograph pictures are from the various celebrities we have met over the years. We have tried to keep the soft furnishings quite contemporary and minimalist to fit in with the numerous black and white photos hung around the apartment. We filmed Superman 3 in Calgary in 1988 and if you look closely you will see an actual front page of The Calgary Herald newspaper in the kitchen featuring Richard Pryor and our son Adam as a boy. The baseball cap in the shadow box was the one worn by the film's director Richard Lester. The condo itself was amazing but overall for the stay we were a little disappointed and here is why…..to get into the building you needed a code for the elevator which wasn’t the greatest experience. Firstly the code was incorrect now if it was just my husband and I it wouldn’t be that big of a deal but when you have luggage and a 3 year old toddler stuck in a elevator that won’t move it wasn’t the best way to start a vacation. Then when it came to the hot tub, in the listing it said we had access to all 3 hot tubs which isn’t accurate. We only had access to 1 which we couldn’t use the first day we got there because it was all booked up. You can’t prebook so it left us a little disappointed not being able to use the amenities. Next time would have liked to use the hot tub a little more often then just the 1 half hour or hour you were allotted to. Overall we had a lovely time with our daughter.
