It was our 25th Anniversary, and when the owner found out, he rushed over a delicious cake and decorations, very thoughtful. The unit was immaculate and comfortable, and the balcony was lovely. The hot tub was awesome, and the staff was amazing. The owner leaves a direct number and responds quickly to any questions. I have to say the property itself could use some updating, but the studio was well-kept and updated. The kitchen was well stocked. The best part is you are within walking distance of everything, and the town has such a great vibe; it is nice to walk from your place to the town. This cozy small studio was very clean, had a great location, under ground parking, very easy checkin, and the Banff park pass was a huge bonus. We cooked all our own meals on the two burner induction portable stove to save budget to go to the Nordic Spa. The BBQ wasn't as accessible due to the snow but it was not a problem at all as we had all we needed in the suite to make full meals. The shower was very nice and the fireplace made the evenings cozy. The host was very easy to communicate with and had clear instructions for checkin. We will be booking again! ##### Joanna H. It is essentially a hotel room with a hot plate and microwave and a good amount of dishes / pots /pans etc. There was a pink dollar store type fleece scarf in the room that one of us accidentally took as we thought it belonged to another of us, we also spilled a one cm area of salsa on the sheets. The host after our stay charged us an extra 150 for this and also accused us of taking cutlery (we definitely did not), a cup (we definitely did not), and staining a towel (we did not). I would be weary of staying here and if you do, recommend taking photos of everything before you leave the room to prove it is all there and clean to avoid these false claims . ##### Naomi B. We enjoyed the patio in the evenings and the location was great. We forgot our park pass at home but we’re relieved to see that a guest park pass was included in our stay! I would recommend this spot for a couple people needing a weekend getaway, or anyone wanting to explore the Rockies. I hope to be back soon! ##### Cam H.
