It was clean, spacious, beautifully put together and so well located. The hosts of this chalet provided very thorough instructions and communication was excellent! Responsive to any issues, of which there was only one tiny one getting in on the first night, and it was sorted quickly and efficiently. This was my 2nd time booking a girls trip at this resort. Location is great, unit was clean and inviting, and the hosts responded to any questions we had right away. A 5 min walk to take the bus to Banff, highly recommend. Close to restaurants and brewing companies. Loved having a full kitchen made eating easy when we did not feel like going out.
