Loved our Stay!

We spent 6 nights and it had everything we needed. We were within walking distance of Canmore town centre. We stopped by the Rockie Rentals and was able to borrow bear spray and a national park pass for the many walks we did in the area. Loved our stay and would recommend it to others!

Exactly as described, Great Location

My family and I loved our stay. The place is exactly as described and a great location to get to Banff and especially downtown Canmore to explore. You definitely need to read the message about parking and finding the correct elevator in order to get to the suite but the instructions clearly tell you. Would absolutely stay here again.

The stay was great. The room was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. The hosts checked in with us by the phone after check in to make sure we were happy with the room and had what we needed. Spacious Apartment with everything needed

Beautiful spacious apartment with everything we needed. About a 10 min walk from shops but great parking for a car as well to explore the Rockies. Appreciated the free bear spray to rent for hiking.

Simply Wonderful

The apartment booked through Rockies Rentals was great. However, what made this better than great was the exceptional customer service offered by Rockies Rentals. From the moment we booked they shared detailed information to support our trip. Any questions were immediately answered and nothing was too much trouble. This is how holiday rentals should work. They are a fantastic company to rent from as they ensured that the apartment was well equipped and helped to ensure our visit to the Rockies was perfect.

We really enjoyed this space and would absolutely stay again! Super clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The units are really quietā€”not once did I hear noise from a neighbouring unit. The hot tub is really large and wonderful to have access to. The area is also super walkable! Like other reviewers have said, be mindful that this space does not have a view (however this didnā€™t detract from our experience at all). Itā€™s also important to understand that youā€™re not in a hotel (or similar) space. That means that thereā€™s no one on site to help you with most issues like a front desk would. If you have a non-emergent issue after the Rockies Rentals business hours, you have to wait until the next day. With that being said, when this happened to us I received a phone call as soon as they opened and someone was down to help us in about an hour. The staff from Rockies Rentals were super friendly and they provided really detailed information about everything. All in all we would 100% stay again! :)

Very Clean

Matched the pictures and the description, the condo was very clean. The only complaint is that the elevator was not working and we had to climb a few flights of stairs with our luggage. If I had been informed ahead of time I would have been more prepared.

The space was good, but the ventilation is poor. It was very hot all the time we stayed there and we were not able to leave the ventilation. The backup system was super noisy. Accommodation is ok. For the price (althoughin Canmore there is almost no accommodation below this price), I would have expected a little better. Thanks to our host, though. The instructions for the space and how to get there were very clear.

Great stay

My wife loved the property and aminities. So no regrets from me. Just a couple of call outs, it was hard to find the location to get in as the property had two elevators. The sofa bed was not comfortable for two kids as one corner was little slanting on extension. You will always get a response/assistance when u need something.

We had no directions to how to get to the room! Then, we were NEVER told our " view" was a brick wall!!!!! We couldn't see the sky to even figure out what the weather was. Then when our door code stopped working the owner or building Managers were no where and could not be contacted for an hour!!?! We sat in a dark dirty hallway until someone helped us that didn't even work for the owner. When you come 3000 miles away to see the Mountains this was the worst experience ever. All our other VRBO had a welcome package too. We didn't even have a map of the Building to get around or suggestions where we could go for dining. All in all very disappointing.

Easy to get to. Easy parking. Unfortunately, we found the kitchen, bathroom and floors to be dirty. When booking I did not realize the view is the underside of a deck/mechanical equipment/ and the side of another building. I should have looked closer when booking. Additionally, the bed was extra, extra firm and the sleeper couch was uncomfortable. Communication from the owner/company was very good. Unfortunately the issues I perceived were not ones that could be fixed during our stay.
