This beautiful 926 sq. ft. condo has a fully Equipped Kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances (including a side-by-side fridge with ice maker & water), The Living Room is furnished with a sofa & chair, as well two additional chairs, a stunning fireplace and cherry hardwood throughout. The Living Room walks out to your private patio overlooking Ha Ling, and east end of Rundle. Master Bedroom with 3-piece en-suite, featuring queen size bed. 2nd Bedroom with queen sized bed Main 4 piece Bathroom has a bathtub and heated floors, Free Underground Secure Parking, Free Underground Storage for your toys ! Free WiFi! Gas BBQ on the balcony, And In suite Laundry! This is a pet friendly unit please let us know if you will be being any pets with you during your stay as they have to be approved. We also do charge a pet fee per pet for the stay. Parking is limited in Canmore especially during high season May-September. Your condo has one dedicated parking spot available. We loved our mornings drinking coffee on the balcony with the view of mountains. We did a lot of hiking and we did have to drive a little over an hour some days to get to the trails but we didn’t mind and we felt Canmore was less crowded than Banff which we enjoyed. Short walk to shops and restaurants while leaving your car conveniently parked in the dedicated underground garage. This condo is on the second floor, the first floor is all businesses and more condos on the third floor. We could hear people walking above us, but luckily it was minimal. In general, it was pretty quiet inside. Having 2 full baths was a plus so the kids could have their own. If you get tired of eating out, the full kitchen allows for some home cooking. Well situated in front of Arts Place, we enjoyed an outdoor concert on the Friday night (done by 10:00 PM so no concern for the noise at night). Great views from the balcony.
