We are also steps from the extensive river pathway system allowing quick access to Canmore\`s serene natural environments, balancing city living with outdoor adventure. Our unit has modern styling and breathtaking mountain views, and our boutique townhouse is the epitome of contemporary living, away from home. Please note, this is a Non-Smoking building. A cleaning fee will be charged if you choose to smoke inside. Quiet Hours are in effect from 10PM - 7AM. Please limit your noise levels during this time. There is a strict no parties policy and quiet hours are in effect after 10PM as per local bylaws. Any fines or violations that are incurred during your stay will be passed on to the guest to pay. FREE PARKING (covered ground floor stall) Please be informed that our property parking area can only accommodate vehicles of normal size. You can park in the building\`s covered parking stalls accessed through the rear back alley. We will provide you with our designated parking stall in your check-in instructions. We were walking distance for groceries, restaurants, and gift shops. The little cafe across the street was perfect!Our hosts we very communicative and in touch on the regular. The place was clean and accommodated all 6 adults comfortably. We were very relaxed with plenty of space for good family games. We also enjoyed having the mountains all around us and being so close to Banff. Canmore is quaint and a little more relaxed than the Town of Banff, so it is a more easy pace for a get away yet close enough to Banff and the beautiful lakes to travel easily.We give it 5 stars all around and will look into renting from these Hosts again. ##### carla d. We loved being parked downtown and having the shops within easy walking distance as well as strolling along the creek. It’s in a quiet building with comfortable beds and good showers and tubs. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for us including a French press as well as a drip coffee maker. Hosts supplied nice shampoo/conditioner and were very responsive to our inquiries. I was hesitant to book a brand new property with no reviews, but at least the property managers seemed experienced. I am so glad we took the chance! It was evident the property managers were great and while we didn’t have any issues, I know any issues would have been addressed quickly. Awesome location right by great eating options and shopping, bright and clean condo. While the bedrooms are small, the living/dining area was enough for the 6 of us to hang out and eat together and watch the Olympics. We were thankful for the washer and dryer, the large foyer area right inside the door for our gear, and a wide hallway to work to get everything organized toward the end of our trip. And side note if you are looking at options between Banff and Canmore - if we ever get the opportunity to return to the area, we 1000% enjoyed our time staying in Canmore more than staying at a great location in downtown Banff. It is very clean and spacious. If you want to be the chef, the kitchen has loads of cupboard space and the fridge can hold a side of beef - a huge tuna for the vegans. The condo is within walking distance to the downtown area, mountain area and even Mountain Avenue (a street off the main highway). The area that the condo is in is very quiet - no traffic driving up and down.Chris and Tanya are very accommodating and very knowledgeable about Canmore and area.
