Please note that while the condo sleeps 7 this does mean guests are using the sofa bed in the living room, and some guests will need to sit on the bar stools to watch tv etc. Town of Canmore License # RES-09827 Guest Access: Guests have access to all parts of the condo, as well as all amenities in the 3 buildings that comprise the Canmore Crossing complex The Neighborhood: This downtown neighborhood is only a 5-minute walk to Main St. Supermarkets and coffee shops are even closer, in the adjacent complex. Drive 15 minutes to reach the boutiques and sights of Banff, and ski, bike, and hike in nearby Banff National Park. Getting Around: Canmore Crossing is located across the road from the bus stop, and there's free Roam transit within Canmore, including to the Nordic Centre. Save yourself a parking headache by catching the Roam bus to Banff and Lake Louise too (fees apply for out of town buses). Other Things to Note: Please note: This building is not air conditioned and while it does have fans, it can get a little warm on hot summer days. If AC is important to you, this might not be the best fit for you, so please talk to us and let us offer a similar, alternative option that does have AC. Please note, the hot tub jets in Building A and C are not working at present (Feb 2026), we are waiting on an update as to when that will be fixed Interaction with Guests: We are professional vacation managers who live in town and will happily offer as much or as little support as you need during your stay. The condo has a nice layout and is close and convenient to town and amenities. You have a gorgeous view from every window. I was happy to see the washer/dryer was in the unit and not a communal facility. There were some things in the condo which need maintenance, and the people above us had who I assume was a child running and jumping well into the night, so it was noisy, but hopefully they were just visiting and don't live there. I could see it getting very warm in there when the weather is warm because we had relatively cool weather and it was still a bit warm for us at night.
