### Spacious villa in Berawa, Canggu. Large & green garden, pool, AC and trampoline!

Large, family friendly, 3 bedroom villa on a 800m2 plot. Very central location, but the street is quiet. The villa is build in a classic style with a lot of wood and a large garden space, but has been renovated. It has a large living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with AC, 3 bathrooms with each their own toilet and shower, TV, fast internet, large sofa, washing machine, dining area, pool, trampoline and a beautiful veranda.  
  
The villa is approximately 200m2, located on a spacious piece of land of 800m2\. Perfect with children. The villa is surrounded by a large garden and lots of greenery. The street is quiet and in general there isn’t a lot of noise. The spaces:  
\- private parking for 1 car / several scooters  
\- large garden with trampoline and lots of greenery  
\- swimming pool  
\- lots of privacy  
\- 3 spacious bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, 1 bedroom has two single beds.  
\- each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.  
\- spacious living room with large sofa, dining table, TV with Netflix and YouTube etc  
\- Fast internet  
\- Large veranda with attractive seating area.  
  
The entire villa is on one level. You have the entire villa to yourself.
