Ideally located right in the heart of Berawa, Villa Caorrun offers easy access to everything you could possibly need.  
  
The open plan design, combined with the contemporary and refined décor, gives the whole villa a bright, airy and expansive feel.

Villa Caorrun has two bedrooms each with their own en suite bathrooms for optimal privacy and comfortable beds for a restful night’s sleep.  
  
Each bedroom is also equipped with flat screen televisions so you can unwind and enjoy a few quiet moments in the comfort of your own space. Outside you’ll find a sundeck with loungers where you can soak up some Balinese sunshine before taking a dip in the crystal blue pool.  
  
Tucked away and surrounded by lush tropical gardens, Villa Caorrun is your own private hideaway that is close to the action but will leave you feeling a million miles away.  
  
Don’t be fooled by the prime location – Villa Caorrun is as private and peaceful as you can get.  
  
Guest Access:  
This listing is for the entire unit, so you will have the Villa for yourself and enjoy all access to the property!  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
We guarantee excellent service all throughout your stay, with an on-call site manager ready to help with anything you need, and a daily cleaning service so you really don’t have to worry about anything.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The prime location gives you easy access to the surrounding area, whether you want to bathe on the beach, enjoy great food and drink, or hit the shops.  
  
A few steps away is the most popular beachfront venue in town, Finn’s Beach Club, with bars, restaurants, pools and outstanding views.  
  
If beach side living in Canggu is what you’re after, we can guarantee you are in a perfect Villa!  
  
Getting Around:  
Being strategically located in Berawa main street, restaurants are mere steps away from the Villa. Finns Beach Club is only few steps away!  
  
Taxis can be hard to find in this area and most travel tends to be by private car or motorcycle.   
So if you need a transport, or rent a scooter, just let the Villa Manager know and we will get it ready for you.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\- Rate is room only, breakfast is not included,  
\- Extra person, adult and/or additional extra bed are not possible,  
\- Professional housekeeping is included in the booking rate,  
\-Smoking is NOT allowed inside the bedrooms, but allowed in the outdoor spaces (any damage caused by smoking will be charged to the guest),  
\- People other than those in the Guest party set forth above are not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.  
\- The villa is located in a residential area. Loud music/noise is prohibited after 10 pm.  
\- Shared parking available for scooter and car.  
VILLA CAORRUN is located in Jalan Pantai Berawa, Canggu.  
  
The lane is right next to IBUBUMI Bali store.   
Once you enter the lane, turn right at the end, go straight until you find a black door with VILLA CAORRUN name on it (right next to a parking lot).  
  
Please make sure you check the Link Location provided by our Reservation (WhatsApp +62 817 474 4664) and do not Google the location by yourself to avoid confusion because Google may mislead the path to the Villa.
