Superbe appartement 2 pièces de 40m², en Résidence sécurisée, au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, face à la mer. Vous disposerez d'une pièce de vie avec canapé convertible, TV, WIFI et Climatisation, accès à la terrasse avec salon de jardin face à la mer, la cuisine ouverte est équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, plaque induction, hotte, micro-onde, four, frigo et congélateur. Une salle d'eau avec wc et lave-linge, une chambre avec lit en 160, TV et placard. Il présente tout le confort pour profiter des vacances à la plage tant par sa situation géographique que son équipement complet et moderne!  
A deux pas de la Place Méditerranée, vous serez aux premières loges pour profiter des animations depuis la terrasse. Linge de maison et draps non fournis. Le ménage n'est pas inclus.
