L'appartement est idéalement situé. Le confort devrait etre revu principalement le canapé et les fauteuils inconfortables. Ménage à revoir dans les coins. Le petit électroménager etait sale

Appartement superbe

Appartement très bien conçu , très bien équipé et très propre. La vue sur mer est magnifique . Néanmoins 2 remarques : les volets des chambres sont bloqués et celui de la S-à-manger est en panne .Les lampes de chevet de la grande chambre sont sans interrupteur et fonctionnent mal . Tout cela demande une simple révision. Pas très pratique les draps qui ne sont pas livrés à domicile et ensuite les ramener . Ces remarques ont été signalées à l'agence Interhome . Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour et espérons pouvoir occuper cet appartement plus tard . Cordialement

Appartement loué pour 5 personnes nécessitant 2 lits double ou un canapé lit pour 2 personnes. Ce qui n'était pas le cas nous ayant obligé de coucher par terre. Problèmes avec la porte du garage non signalé au départ. Cabinet douche endommagé et ménage douteux

spacieux avec un équipement complet Il manque néanmoins au niveau du bâtiment un plan d'évacuation en cas d'incendie et la matérialisation signalétique du local poubelle indiqué nulle part. Il faut noter que l'accès garage en sous sol n'est pas prévu pour les PMR.

Vacances au Canet Plage résidence Cap Sud

Bel appartement face à la mer à 3 minutes à pieds du centre ville et des commerçants tous très sympathiques. Seul point négatif, le garage trop étroit en sous-sol. C'est une galère pour s'y garer puis sortir de son véhicule. Tout à disposition sans besoin de prendre la voiture. Poissonnerie avec produits frais. Traiteur proposant paella excellente. Nombreux sites à visiter. Ne pas manquer le village de Cucugnan et les gorges de Galamus à 30 minutes en voiture. Et bien sûr Banyuls, Collioure et leur vigne.

Bel appartement spacieux bien équipé face à la mer avec accès direct. Situé à 3 minutes à pieds du centre et des commerçants. Seul point négatif, le garage en sous-sol vraiment étroit.

Appartement très bien situé et superbe orientation. Très confortable, cuisine très bien équipée. Seul bémol, le box au parking souterrain inutilisable même pour une voiture de taille moyenne. NB : wifi en option payante (non utilisé)

Fonctionnel, bien équipé, beaucoup de rangement. Décoré avec goût. Bémol,WC trop petit. Garage sous sol trop étroit, angle difficile à amorcer. Si le garage était à l'extérieur et numéroté cet appartement serait nickel et à recommander.
