"Mango Bay Resort was the perfect 'escape' holiday for me. I was looking for a quiet, beautiful, and peaceful place to decompress over the holidays. Mango Bay was absolutely perfect. The grounds are very well kept, beautiful native plants abound, and butterflies were everywhere during my stay which added the the magical experience. The beach is exceptional: it is quiet, clean, and was never crowded. I was solo traveling and intentionally selected Mango Bay given it seems to geared towards couples and families vs. singles and young adults looking to 'party'. I was not disappointed. I chatted with a few families with well behaved and polite kids, and chatted with the few couples as well -- everyone was super friendly. The staff was fantastic as well: groundkeepers/house keepers were quite friendly, and the office staff can give you a great deal of information on local excursions, transportation, etc. The general manager even dropped my off at the airport on the day I was leaving! I can not really say enough positive about Mango Bay. It is a special place and I was pained to leave. I will definitely come back again! "
