« Ordered 2 Queen Bed room for a higher rate, was given a 1 King Bed room. Woman at desk was very rude and refused to give a refund for the extra money paid. »

« Very clean hotel, staff was super friendly my only complaint was that you could hear the highway traffic all Hours of the night but that’s to be expected when it’s right off a major highway. »

« The front desk was rude and disrespectful it took hours to check me in finally after I checked in i was the one of the house keeping staff unlocked my room door walked in she unlocked my room and walked in without even knocking on the door the she said im a housekeeper making sure the bathroom has towels 🙁 it was not great experience everything was terrible »

« Great hotel. However doing construction around the back where the pool was definitely cut in a little to the relaxing but friendly staff and great bar! »

« We came back to our hotel room one afternoon to realize there were no parking spots available. When we called the front desk we were told there was an event happening and we (the paying guest at what we thought was our home away from home) were told to park in remote parking. Essentially the event people were given priority over guests. This is not acceptable behaviour for a hotel. We will not be staying at a Hilton property in the future. »

« Looks like a new facility that was exceptional in it's cleanliness and maintenance. Staff could care less. They have a paying job. Two exceptions to the statement about the staff were a young lady who suddenly walked through the front door to check us in after we had been standing at registration about 10 to 12 minutes. The other exception was a maid (i.e. after I had returned to the hotel after breakfast out, "I " greeted the two idel employees at registration with..." good morning "....

« This place was dirty, walls were super thin, phone was not working, staff wasn’t friendly. Because the walls were so thin in the next room the person was either coughing or god knows what but they kept us up all night. My daughter had to get up at 3 to bang on their door and tell them to shut up. I couldn’t call down to the desk because the phone wasn’t working . Just a terrible experience for $120 dollars »

« There were stains on the bedspread, the carpet, and the curtains. The TV was so pixelated and the sound so garbled that it was unwatchable. Large empty cardboard boxes were in some hallways for days. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way or latch. Apparently the place is being remodeled, but that’s no excuse to neglect the rooms that guests are currently staying in. »
