From booking to arriving, everything was seamless. Evan was phenomenal at communication and all information was given to us in a timely manner. Evan responded very quickly to texts. The property itself is far enough from things to feel remote, but close enough that trips to Asheville were quick and simple. The view is beautiful. The aesthetic is outstanding; very tasteful decor and well thought out touches such as shampoo and conditioner in the showers and coffee in the kitchen. When we visited, the property was decorated for Christmas. It was such a nice surprise! The holiday vibe Evan was kind enough to create illustrates the attention to detail that makes this property special. The game room and theater are great and offered hours of entertainment. From host to property, absolutely recommend. Thanks for making the bucket list Asheville Biltmore trip memorable for our family. ##### Kara S. There was no shortage of activities for everyone to enjoy and the host had thought of everything and was excellent to work with. My family and I stayed at this property for a weekend to visit Biltmore Estate. We were traveling with a party of 12, including 3 kiddos. The property was beautiful, clean, well maintained, more spacious than expected, and stocked with anything you could possibly need! The adults really enjoyed the hot tub and view from the balcony. The kids loved the movie theatre and game room so much we had hard time getting them to leave the house. The property was a reasonable drive to all of our destinations; approximately 15-20 minutes to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Evan was prompt with all of our inquiries and very helpful throughout the process. Overall, we had such a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend! ##### Robin S.
