Groceries, bakery, and restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. Would have liked an assigned parking spot in the garage associated with the unit as available parking on the street in the area was rare. If I could add one thing to the apartment it would be ceiling fans. It got quite hot at times and no relief from the heat was available at times in this upper unit.
