Beautiful apartment in front of the beach in Caletillas, Candelaria. With an exquisite decoration, in which care has been taken to the smallest detail and a nice terrace where you can have breakfast while looking at the sea. With capacity for 4 people, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fiber Wifi Internet, air conditioning and an unbeatable location, just steps from the beach and the promenade, where you can enjoy its typical food restaurants and breathe the atmosphere of the area.  
  
It is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 4 people, with three beautiful bedrooms, two large bathrooms, one of them en suite in the master bedroom. With fully equipped open concept kitchen that connects to the spacious living room with large windows overlooking the sea. From the terrace you can see the beach and feel the breeze of the waves. With fiber Wifi Internet fiber designed for teleworking and all the necessary services around. With all the comforts, it has air conditioning, Smart TV and communal pool in the complex.  
  
Strategically located, a few steps from the beach and the promenade, with a pleasant local atmosphere, where you can enjoy its restaurants and cafes.
