Hotel so far not bad, it’s for alder groups. Young people shouldn’t rent here. No night activities/ music or fun stuff to do for young groups. Mix drinks /alcohol 0/10 maybe You should do straight liquor instead of any mix drinks. Now we come to the worst thing in this hotel !!! THE FOOD!! Omg you’re in Mexico and nothing I mean nothing had taste. Literally we ate out for three days, the All Inclusive deal is not worth it here.

Most of the staff was very nice and professional but it was a few rude ones. I had a few problems with my room but they did come right away and fixed a couple of issues. WiFi service not great. The food could be better and the selection of food. Me and my family made the best out of our stay we still enjoyed ourselves.

So far so good, they tried to make difference in buffet, Mexican food is nice, but still not so much choice. Italian restaurant is nice. But you must make reservations for dinner, they don’t accept any walk in, even they have seats. House keeping come only the day before check out, even we didn’t agree with the policy of clean every 2 days. But, when I report to them missing house keeping service, appreciate they bring the towels in short. Kids club and pool is small, but enough for 3 year old kids, and good apart from the main pool. Not enough beach seat and umbrella in the main poolside or beach ( or you need to tips for the staff to open an umbrella for you in the beach). Hotel is generous to let you use the restaurants and facilities until 2pm after check out. Good for waiting for the evening flight

Sub par experience. This was our 2nd visit. The first room we were placed in which according to the guy at the front desk was an upgrade, room 1743 was so filthy. There was hair all over, the sheets the dusty carpet. All surfaces, table, etc was messy. I had to demand to be moved. We were then changed to another room by Maria, who ensured she checked the room prior to us moving. We were moved to room 1650. It was a better option compared to the first room we were placed in. Still noted hairs all over some of the pillows. La paloma's food was sub par the first night of our stay. Favorite dining experience was amazing at La vista! Their food was immaculate, and awesome customer service. Needless to stay i left the resort being sick from the dust and allergens in the room. I will not be back. Wyndham just lost another customer.

This is a very average Cancun hotel. We enjoyed the beach and the pool area. There are several restaurants in the hotel, but all of them require a reservation for dinner. If you enjoy live music and entertainment, this hotel has very limited options.

Likes: Property looks as shown in pictures. Room was pretty. Balcony view of ocean was nice. Distance to "Down town" was good. They held activities here and there which broke up the monotony of the day. Staff available to help book adventures but they could have prepared us better for some outings. Dislikes: Food was mediocre as is in most of these resorts. Alcohol was trash as is the case in most resorts. Charging any amount of money, even $5, for room service is garbage. Charging $24 for sun screen in their general store is atrocious. Having a staff grab you after a long flight to coerce you into a time share trip during your stay etc is THE most annoying thing for someone on vacation. Their pushy and its not cute.

Our second time staying here, and for a reason! This hotel is truly a vacation! The staff is wonderful, the dining options are great, the sushi bar is incredible, the ocean view is beautiful, and we had no trouble getting Palapas with plenty of shade with chairs on the beach; totally included for no extra charge. The drinks are yummy, loved that Corona was on draft! Again, the staff is just incredible and make the stay truly so enjoyable. Will always stay here on our trips to Cancun!

The ice cream was a problem every day , no ice cream until 1 pm and just in the little cafeteria, restaurant no ice cream , the food in the buffet bar always could , I imagine the heat for the keep food hot on the bar Doesnt work

Very limited options here and they prioritize people who rent the beds over you, saw people in the beds order a snack and it was fine but if you aren’t in a bed don’t expect to order a small snack to your chair outside. Food was meh. Had to wait 1 hour for my food at da vinci and they weren’t busy. A lot of “Coco Bongo” sales people walking around and I don’t think they understand what no means.

So we were celebrating our honeymoon so it was beautiful view and friendly workers. Gave us activitys. that was exciting and amazing good deal to. The ride from airport to get to hotel wasn't good at all. The rental fell through so we waited a hour to find a way to hotel . Out plan ride home was upsetting but they did reassign us which was reassuring. Do to us never travel out of the state I was upset crying ready to see my kids.

We had really fun here! Actually this was the first time to come resort place for us but we really glad to stay here! Everyone is so nice, we were able to choose food from various restaurants, the bartender was also amazing. I strongly recommend you to come here for your vacation! Recently stayed here with my boyfriend. Front desk and wait staff all spoke English. Security is tight when arriving on the premises, security verifies your reservation before allowing you on site. Several pools (family and adult pools), private beach with security presence protecting patrons and keeping uninvited guests out. Our bellman Carlos was pleasant and attentive. We were given the wrong room keys but he helped us correcting the issue and getting us in the correct room. There were several restaurants to eat at. Lunch time sushi was delicious, Enrique and Miguel were hard at work keeping up with the demand and still had great customer service. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at La Vista, less people. My boyfriend enjoyed the Brazilian Steakhouse. I did go to the spa for a massage, my masseuse Valarie was skilled and professional. My boyfriend enjoyed playing volleyball at the pool with other guests and entertainment staff. Overall great stay.

this was by far the most expensive worst vacation I’ve experienced. this place is far from a “resort” more like an episode of survivor. My room was half way clean. 4 days there and experienced: no running water, no i fridge didn’t work, no restocking of water, no toilet paper and no working cable. customer service is not a priority. staff around the pool were helpful. other than that, travelers are on their own. never again will I ever consider this “resort” as an option for a vacation. LOUSY experience.

This was a last minute getaway and we were so satisfied. We booked through expedia so we had a VIP check in with champagne and a free upgrade to an Oceanview room. Lobby bar is only open til 11pm which was weird. To get the top shelf liquor you had to be privilege category. We were not, but we brought our own and added to their mixed drinks. Mini fridge had Corona with coke, Fanta and water. Robes to use in the rooms. Bed was firm. Water pressure was great in the shower but weak at the sink. Room service was excellent. There was a minimal fee per call. We ate at the Brazilian restaurant twice and the sushi bar 3 times....they were that good! Italian and seafood restaurants were good as well. Only ate breakfast at the buffet. Brioche French toast and omelets were our favorite. Ask your server for bacon. The beach was clear most days but the water was rough. A lot of erosion on half of the beach and large slabs of rock are exposed. So we lived in the pool. Plenty of chairs. Bring your own float and they will blow it up in the beach gift shop. Service around the lower pool was very lacking and yes we are tippers. Bring insulated tumblers to keep drinks cold. Pools close at 8. Nightly shows were laughable. No back drops or ambiance in the theater. Just a plain stage. Casino night and karaoke night were the only fun events. We never stayed up long enough to visit the disco but it opens at 11. Visited the spa for a couples massage and it was minimal. We were expecting areas
