Nice and comfy Hotel in the downtown of Cancun.

Their continental breakfast is composed of bread and beverages if you want to complete meal you need to purchase it at a decent price. The Internet only works in certain places of the hotel but not in the room...just an fyi.

Good location. Near to some touristics areas. Easy to get a taxi or a bus

Ok hotel close to bus stop

Pros: That it was close to bus stop. Hotel staff was great all of them.
Cons: They need new towels, new pillows, Ice machine or refrigerators in room. Better internet service. Need internet service in all rooms not just in lobby
Location: This is a good location if you like to take the ferry over to Isla Mujeres where we like to go to Playa Norte.
We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. I think that maybe it is under new management as I saw several differences from before. Looks like they don't keep it up as in the past. For starters they don't put hand towels or bath rugs in the bathroom. They have a sign that reads for your safety please use bath rug how can we if they don't leave one. Also they never leave you an extra roll of toilet paper so if you don't watch you might not have any at night. The pillows are little to be desired all lumpy. This hotel doesn't have a refrigerator in the room or an ice machine. Although this isn't anything new it would be nice to have. Our room key had to be reactivated several times which was also an inconvenience. The Air conditioner leaked if we put it high enough to cool the room. No internet service for 2 days when we got there and then no service in our room only slow internet service in the lobby. Our television would only play on very high volume. We could not adjust the volume. They tried to fix it but certain channels would not adjust.

Newer hotel basic but what we needed for one nite

Pros: Clean , beds were comfy, night security watched over our car
Cons: Noise level
Location: was a late check in and early departure to airport didn't have time to explore around
My only negative was how noisy it was from traffic. The front desk said it was going to all quiet down at 11pm and it did get Quieter. Early morning the traffic noise woke me up as did some Boom Boom BOOM Boom Mexican Yelping at around 5AM (could have been someone up all night partying) The desk manager said he would tell management and suggested ear plugs. Otherwise this was a safe clean room with a nice big glass shower and the beds were comfortable. I would have rated room comfort pleasing if it wasn't as noisy.

Hotel was great, as described online and very reasonably priced. Location was not walkable to anything really other than a petrol station, so a car would be needed (or Uber...the local taxi services were very good and competitively priced too). Hotel also provides parking out front which was a huge help!

Nice, clean hotel close to Puerto Juarez and R1

Reasonable rates for clean spacious rooms. Lobby staff very helpful but spoke very little English. Only downside was noisy guests in the middle of the night and noisy maids at 7 am. Don't stay in rooms 211 to 213 as they are across from maid prep room and they have a problem with volume control...

Way too loud

The room was ok but worn out. There is a newer part...but we couldn't switch rooms without paying more. The walls are paperthin und you can here the street and very other guest like you were sleeping outside. I will not come back.
