We stayed here for a destination wedding. Excellent property, well-maintained, scenic and quiet beach, great pools, and several restaurants with diverse cuisines. The location is a bit remote, which is a plus/minus. There are a lot of staff members available to assist, all are courteous and helpful. Some specific gripes that management needs to fix - 1) The pools need protective barriers and better lighting at night in certain areas. Two of our friends on separate occasions, while walking on the path to Helios restaurant, fell into the pool. Luckily, they did not get hurt. When they complained to the staff, they were told to talk to management, who never called them back. Not only is this dangerous, it is also a huge liability issue. 2) In restaurants, the serving staff is friendly but needs more training. For example, they never told us that there was a buffet in the back; I guess they assumed we knew. 3) we made an appointment for luggage pickup, but the bellman never showed up. 4) Light switches in the room are touch-sensitive, flat, black buttons on dark surfaces, therefore impossible to find in the dark. We had to use the flashlight on our phones to find them.
All in all, we had a very relaxing time and I would highly recommend this resort.
