As we were leaving they were fixing the hot tub by the pool tables. The hotel had so much character unlike the white washed other hotels. The rooms are cleaned every day. It is a low cost hotel. The staff will help you get where you need to go. They also fixed my bed. The negative parts are that the hotel itself is not air conditioned. The room is but not the halls and lobby. The ceiling looks like it suffers from a few roof leaks. There is no hot water and I was on the third floor which had low water pressure. I’m interested in adventure so I like getting around and going places. The hotel is not a deal breaker. I did enjoy the low price. The resort needs a lot of updating but for our needs it is perfectly fine it is safe we have been staying here one evening normally arriving around 8:00 p.m. and greeted pleasantly and promptly. Our first room had an odd odor but we were quickly relocated and everything went smoothly after that. It has no resort style feel but it is easy for one night. It is also directly located across from the Dreams Resort which is where we head to first thing in the morning. There is local shopping right outside where you can grab a drink and some snacks before heading to bed.
