Terrible experience, ruined our trip, very rude employees, never gets solutions, only creates more problems, they oversell rooms then start moving your belongings to different rooms without your presence... a very selfish owner, if you get frustrated and complaint, they just ask you to leave the property and still charge you... if you want to have a nice vacation, DO NOT STAY THERE, it was the worse experience ever.

Wonderful experience. Nice place with great wifi, cable, fridge, microwave, hot water, dishes, and everything needed for spending some days at Cancún. Access to the beach, pool is nice, and free parking. People in charge are friendly, respectful, and willing to help at any moment. Would definitely come back!
