Located at the heart of Cancun's hotel zone, this family condo offers 180 degree beach front views with 2,150 sq ft of living space, security and if you want to enjoy peace and quiet is located away from all the noise and commotion of the discos and spring breakers, within walking distance to restaurants, Isla Shopping Center, nightlife and more.
You will enjoy sleeping to the sound of the waves in your bed or hammock? and sipping Margaritas on the balcony. We have other units available listed in this website, if this unit is booked you can look at property numbers 7086358, 3921524, 3227344, 902358.
Children over 10 years old are welcome.
Please be assured that your health and safety is our primary concern. We have taken many measures to ensure that your condo has been thoroughly sanitized and disinfected prior to your arrival.

Guests is responsible for buying their own supplies, we leave some to last for a couple of days.
We are a family place no spring or summer breakers.

Residencial Bridec is a low rise (3 Stories) building in kilometer 11.5 of Blvd. Kukulkan (the main thoroughfare of Cancun's hotel zone), the unit is located in the penthouse, 2150 sq feet, 2 master bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, dining, family, living and laundry rooms, a balcony and fully equipped kitchen, free internet. Only a few steps to a glorious turquoise beach.
General Information: Residencial Bridec has 12 individually owned units a pool, cabana and BBQ area with an onsite manager and maintenance personnel. The building is located across the street from Plaza Flamingo where you can find a pharmacy, mini market, restaurants and shopping, for an additional fee we offer transportation from the airport.

I have used VRBO many times and have been very satisfied. However this time was different. The hosts and her team were great especially Rosy. But I had no tv for the first couple of days and because I had no working lighter the stove and hot water heater did not work ( ice cold shower). I had to waste 2 days waiting for maintenance people to fix my problems. The weather didn’t cooperate so those two sunny days just killed my vacation. Most of the rest of the week was cloudy, cold and windy with some rain. The owner bought me an excursion but it was cold and windy and cloudy most days and I froze on the excursion. The weather is not her fault but making sure everything is working in the condo is. Because of an injury for my friend I was alone during this vacation. Having tv problems throughout the week and waiting for maintenance people severely impacted my very expensive vacation.

Anabel was amazing! Very responsive to any questions or asks. Condo was perfect. Right on the beach and it felt like we had the entire complex to ourselves. Very peaceful and relaxing. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The place and the ocean were pretty great. They clean up the property well and there are lots of turtles. I would say it’s further from coco beach then I thought but fairly easy using the bus. Disappointed with the prices around cancun if you want real fair prices you have to go into the actual city of cancun instead of the hotel zone. Overall it was nice and the drives from airport with rosy &Dorian were nice. Also Alex who takes care of property is a great guy! Felt very safe also.

My sister and I rented the property for 8 days while she was having dental work done at a dentist across the street. We loved it and plan to use it again not just for her second dental trip but also as a great place to bring each of our families. Very spacious and comfortable, wonderful beach. We especially enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The host was wonderful and easy to communicate at every step of the process!!

Week long getaway in Cancun

The Penthouse suite was incredible. Our view was on the ocean side therefore you could hear the waves and not the traffic on Kukuclan blvd. The swim pool was amazing and we’re 75 meters from the ocean which was fantastic. We will definitely be going back.

Wonderful Stay in Cancun!

We LOVED this Condo! The accommodations are beautiful and spacious and we had everything we needed. The view and "our beach" were amazing! This is our first visit to Cancun, the water color is breathtaking! While there are resorts on either side of the condo, for our stay, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves, other than people walking along the shoreline. We did note that it was just me and my husband staying. The second bedroom is roomy and comfortable in appearance but there was no natural light or view. The location provides easy access to stores and restaurants by walking, private transportation (we did not use any taxis) or public bus (bus very easy and affordable, 12 pesos for each person, each ride during our stay). The bank across the street from the condo only exchanges USD for pesos (make sure you take your original passport or passport card (no copies, no photo on your phone). You cannot get cash from your account. There are however banks/ATMS nearby. We did not bring enough cash for this trip, noted this for next time. The Circle K has standard Circle K items including beer. The pharmacy next door however does sell wine and spirits. Thank you so much to condo owner, Anabel, private transportation services from Rosy (and her son Dorian), and on-site staff, Estaban and Delvis, who were all so friendly, accommodating, and wonderful! We did not want to leave!!

Beachfront condo-will miss these views!

Location, location, location! Great spot with beach to ourselves practically. Loved waking up every morning an reading on the outdoor couch on the veranda with the beautiful blue waters crashing on the beach. Beds were super comfortable and tons of space. Showers could use a little pressure and pool was not heated so we didn't use but wouldn't trade this location for anything. Tacun taco stand next door was ideal for easy meals out or take out if we didn't eat in!

The condo was bigger than we realized from the ad. It was in immaculate condition. It’s in a perfect location. Close to everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Annabel was very responsive whenever we needed her. We would love to come back here again.

Beautiful Condo

Beautifully decorated condo. Well supplied. The building definitely needs updating. The adjacent condo is undergoing major renovations, causing construction noise at times. The pool is not heated and there are no railings to get in or out. If you want or like fresh fruits and vegetables during your stay youll need to take the bus to the major super market Chaudrai, about 12 minutes ride. Make sure to bring sturdy grocery bags. There is no cable TV but there is an Apple TV with streaming services. We found restaurants very expensive compared to what we're accustomed to at home. Transport to and from the airport was available and Rosy and Dorian were very helpful. Annabel answered all our queries immediately and and resolved any issues we had. The beach is beautiful.

LOVED our stay

First and foremost the Condo is more beautiful in person then the photos. We were welcomed by Estevan who was wonderful! Ana communicated ahead of time so we knew where to park and she gave us more information like Wifi and working remotes etc. She came and greeted us our second day and she is sweet and Bubbly and very attentive. We will definitely come back! The view is unbelievable and its very conveniently located!!!

Wonderful condo! Amazing beach!

I can't really build on what everyone else has said - seems like a private beach: quiet, empty, pristine. The condo was spacious and well stocked. Convenience store, restaurant and bus to town basically at the front door. Loved it all.

we were in this apartment for 7 days and the Location was perfect. The view of the sea was breathtaking. The apartment had everything you needed. Check in was great. Nine days in Paradise

We were so comfortable in this lovely and spacious home. We were warmly welcomed and given a tour and reminded to make ourselves at home. The water is so blue and refreshing and the sparkling pool made the freshwater dip feel amazing! We had everything we could possibly need and Estoban was always there to help with our beach chairs and umbrellas. The full moon rise was something to behold! This is a perfect, cozy spot that is nicely tucked away in the hotel zone. Five stars all around!!

A great escape with amazing views

Can not say enough about this place. Located right in the middle of the hotel district, you have your own private beach, pool and balcony to see the best sunrises. The bus system gets you anywhere you need and there is a taco stand right out the front gate. The apartment was well stocked with anything you might need including all beach supplies. Don't waste your time looking for something else. This is what you are looking for.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Bridec #3. The beach is fabulous and the apartment was as described. It was great to have the extra space and a kitchen. I would recommend this apartment as long as you are okay with an older style and well used accommodation.

Thumbs up for a much needed vacation!

Pros: - Beach is like walking on flour and has hardly any sargassum seaweed(not sure if we just lucked out time-wise or if this location doesn't have issues like others along the coast) - Water is GORGEOUS! Turquoise blue w/ sandy bottom. We had nice waves for bodysurfing. Calm waters or surf are determined by wind speed and direction, so never a guarantee what you will get(at least that's my understanding) - Anabel, Rosy and Hazel(host/contacts) were very helpful and quick w/ responses; Esteban and Hilario(workers) always had smiles and were eager to lend a hand; Carlos and Damian(drivers) were very friendly and good w/ suggestions. - Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well-appointed(tho an extra ice cube tray might have come in handy) Cons: - LR furniture is not overly comfy(especially for a tall family) - pool was cold and not super inviting(but not a huge deal for us as we prefer the beach) Mixed: - beach is private so you will basically have it to yourself! Nice, except that I think our 18 and 19 year old kids might have preferred a lil more "action" LOL! - location. Having the condo located right off the busy road was a bit disconcerting at first. That said, you can't really hear the traffic noise from the condo/beach and we ended up finding it to be an adventurous experience using the bus system to get around to different beaches, grocery stores and restaurants!

Beautiful view

The property was just as described. The views were beautiful. The property had everything we needed. The two en suite bedrooms were very nice with lots of room. Anabel and the staff at the unit were extremely helpful and so nice. The beach was steps away and they set up chairs and an umbrella for us. It was a very relaxing vacation.
