Plenty of good and bad. Transportation is not included and that was not told to me. We had to take a very expensive taxi. Our inclusive only included breakfast. So, when I asked where we go to buy lunch, dinner, & drinks for the kids the resort said there wasn’t a place. The restaurants are not equipped to take money. We were forced to upgrade or go hungry.
There are no blankets on the beds, only a sheet. The safe in the room as no lock. Yes there is one, but it just opens right up to anyone.
The music in the garden plays until 4:00am. Good luck sleeping if you’re in a garden facing room. Bring earplugs. I understand the party & have fun but at some point the family needs sleep.
But it was beautiful & the BEST beach ever!! Staff was nice & everything you need is at the grand (main) hotel. Which is all connected.
Hotels.com did not provide me with the correct confirmation number to pre-check in. I had to call and get it. Hotels.com was of no help. Next time I’ll pay the extra & go directly through the resort. That way the staff can help.
