The only thing we kinda like was the view The front door didn't open correctly and it didn't lock The shower pressures weren't any good The bed sheet were really cheap and old I can go for ever

The elevator was in poor condition. Matter of fact the pool had little stones coming off ever since we first got there. At our last day a little kid got hurt in those stones, when I went to tell them it was a little girl crying the gentleman actually took care of it. But the lady said it wasn’t the first time it happened. Then I suggested why is it still open? And they decide to close it for the morning only. Also, I happen to lose my wallet at my last day, I was sitting on those chairs and left for 5 minutes and my wallet was gone. Them employees were cleaning that area and I asked them and didn’t seem to know anything. They also, didn’t have cameras around that area. Nor did not care about it. It was frustrating, the cleaning lady was amazing. But the hotel in general was a big no. I will recommend a safe place but this one is too risky. Your little ones will be in danger. Customer service beyond disappointed.

This place was terrible. Our toilet broke and was leaking our entire stay. Room service took over an hour and a half. Was also delivered to the wrong room twice. Issues were reported multiple times but it took the desk over 24 hours just to get us towels. Very unhappy with the service for the price of the rooms. Food was also left on our door step our entire stay.
