In the main area is two queen beds, dresser with flat screen TV ,Purified water dispenser and a futon bed for the 5th guest. Tout est fait pour se sentir comme a la maison et meme mieux! Car la vue sur la mer depuis le balcon est magnifique!!le logement est tres propre et correspondent aux photos!! Les proprietaires vous mettent des serviettes de bain et de plage a dispositon,le menage est fait pendant le sejour. Nous avions egalement de l eau fraiche en bidon a disposition dans la chambre! Le coin cuisine est tres appreciable (liquide vaisselle, eponge,torchon)!!ils nous ont egalement mis a disposition un lit parapluie pour notre fille!!tout fut au top!!la residence est bien avec ses 2 piscines et la plage privee que demander de plus!!nous avions une voiture de location ce qui nous a permis de visiter mais les bus sont tres accessibles egalement et passent tres souvent!!un message tout particulier pour miriam qui nous a tres bien recu malgres l heure tardive de notre arrivee!!merci encore nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Staff greeted us and assisted with our luggage. It you have issues with stairs, this property is not for you. We opened the door to a spectator view of the beach and Caribbean. The apartment is updated and very clean. A water cooler is provided. Great food at the beach restaurant be sure to ask for the hamburger and margarita. There is an onsite gift shop. The bus line to an activities is 1 1:2 blocks away and 12 pesos each way. A convenience store with a Subway and Ricky’s Chicken (yum) is 3 blocks north. We were very comfortable, felt safe, and felt the price was perfect. Oh yeah. We were able to watch New Year’s Eve Fireworks from our balcony. Will definitely recommend. Thank you Miriam. The room was very clean and updated. The view of the ocean is incredible. Loved sitting out on the balcony, listening to the ocean and breeze. The beach is a short walk down some stairs with grass topped cabanas to lay under. Miriam the host is incredible. I had seen a few complaints about her and will say they are definitely lies. She was always responsive and very helpful. We even forgot my daughters headphones at the room and Miriam went out of her way to ship them back to us. Next time we are in Cancun I will stay here again. On a side note the buses along the Hotel Zone are amazing and you can pick the bus up just out front of the Condos. We loved the balcony and the view of the ocean and pool. The kitchen had everything we could need including a stove, fridge, seasonings, a water filter and a table to eat on. The bathroom was just the right size for the 3 of us with a separate sink, counter space, and big mirror. The room was cleaned every other day which was very nice as well. Miriam was an amazing host, communication was great and she was extremely accommodating to our flight arrival and departure and even brought a pack and play for my daughter who we decided to take last minute. She had great directions and recommendations and was extremely responsive. I cannot say enough good things about her. The building itself was under construction and a little run down, so there was loud drilling the first day we arrived and were trying to get sleep. The pools were ok, nothing fancy. The access to the beach is very nice and there are huts and chairs available. First off - Property Management - Miriam - had incredible communication and stayed in touch constantly prior to arrival. She even provided recommendations for affordable transport from the airport. We were met in the drop off outside the lobby and given a brief layout of the property with our walk to the room. We were given a tour of the room with all explanations of amenities and were provided with a local map and a detailed explanation of bus routes, grocery stores, shopping, etc.... I have never seen this kind of attention to detail. The room was clean and cool with plenty of grocery space and everything needed to prepare meals and clean up after. The view was incredible! The resort is a little confusing to navigate at first but we quickly adapted. The pool was clean and refreshing and other renters were very friendly. We went to dinner with a family from Chile even though they spoke no English and we spoke no Spanish. We spent 4 hours and had a wonderful time. The beachfront is short but adequate. That just means you have a shorter walk from the water to the beach cafe/bar. Food and Drink prices were reasonable. There are a few restaurants in walking distance if you head south. 19.5 is fun and reasonably priced, Navios is VERY NICE with a unique flare and wonderful sunset views. There is another one there, El Galion, but we never got to it. There is a convenience mart in the same location with easy access. The bus service is excellent for going north to the "party area" and grocery stores but if you set up an account online, the grocery store will deliver. During this trip we also stayed at an All Inclusive in the northern part. Out of the two, I much prefer this place. Better views, nicer people, better room, etc.... While the room is updated, clean and beautifully appointed, the property is a little dated. Our last night there a family rented the unit directly above and were extremely loud but until then we heard nothing and slept soundly. We felt safe, secure and welcome any time day or night. Not many options for dining and one of the bars was closed during our stay. The only bad part was having to take our luggage up the stairs to our room and to the lobby at our checkout. It is a 10 minute drive from the airport. The staff (Miriam) was very friendly and available to make sure we had everything we needed. Even though our flight was delayed and we arrived in around midnight, there was a person from the staff waiting for us at the lobby. The view from the balcony is amazing. The condition of the room is okay, but I have to say that the hotel property looks old and a bit worn out. The pool is not a fancy one, but was enough for our kids to have fun time. This was our first time in Cancun. We stayed here for a week and had a car rental to explore the different places of the area in our own. The cleaning of the room is done every other day and they had laundry service for free upon request. In summary, a really nice place for a very affordable price. Before our stay, Miriam was quick to respond to our questions about the condo and the area. She warmly met is upon our late evening arrival with dinner and something to drink so that we didn't have to rush out for anything. We were able to relax and get settled for the evening. The balcony view is stunning. The pool is directly below while the beach is just beyond that. Everything is easily accessible by bus in Cancun. Miriam is also very helpful with advice about where to go and what to see. The nightlife is quieter at this end of the hotel zone but all the action is only a short bus ride away. The condo is clean and newly renovated. Housekeeping came every other day. The kitchenette has all the small appliances that we needed to live out of our unit for the week. This condo is a gem and we look forward to returning again. ##### Elbert D. Séjour de 6 nuits en novembre 2019 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### David H. 14 oct. 2019 Points faibles : Propreté #### Just too old The minute we pulled up to the hotel not a bell person in sight so we climbed up this long flight of steps to get into the hotel and it's main desk. The older gentleman running the check in asked for our itinerary which he looked up but found no reservation so we called the contact person to help us out. The man at the guest check in ignored us and went about his business . The women who we contacted told us she be right there to take care of us . She showed up and took our luggage from the hall with the help of a young man to our room. The hotel is in serious need of repair since only one elevator works and not the one on our side of the building. You must climb flights of stairs to get to our room but consider it good exercise . The actual room is just as the ad shows on VRBO very clean and updated with a beautiful view of the beach. The room was very nice in size and the kitchen was appointed with everything you needed. The beds were comfortable but the chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable and we used the ones on the small deck instead. There were two sand chairs for the beach but they were in awful condition so we never used them. The room came with a nice feature of a water cooler but at initial using it did not operate but was taken care of later that day. The small patio had a table that was weathered and too large for the size of the deck . The hotels pool was is serious sad shape and many times we found cups floating from the pool bar or just other debris needed to be tossed at the edge to be swept up. The lounge chaises were made of wood that weighed a ton that by the looks of them were used by those folks back in the Spanish Inquisition . They also had some chairs which we dragged to an area of shade which for the most part was non existent . I figured the best way to sit on these was to bring my pillow from the room and cover it with one of the four beach towels provided in the room. Our first week there we noticed how sparse the number of guest were at the hotel as the pool and beach were hardly utilized . The pool bar was barely used and the unique facet of the bar was the music coming from some cheap old contraption that skipped so badly the bartender generally ignored it . We made a joke about it to him and he said it was garbage. The place is sadly in need of repairs of which we will never see . While to room was nice we took a chance on this place that just sadly failed .
