This comfortable 2 bedroom apartment has been totally remodeled in May 2024\. It is strategically located in the hotel zone, in a closed street, on the lagoon side, which makes it quieter. It has 2 bedrooms, each one offers privacy and comfort. The living room is spacious and the kitchen, large and fully equipped, will make you feel at home. You can also enjoy relaxing moments on the balcony or by the condo's pool. Every detail is designed for your comfort. Distribution of beds and bathrooms: Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed Bedroom 2: Queen size bed Living room: Sofa Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms Property Layout: \- Living room with SmartTV \- Fully equipped kitchen \- Balcony / Terrace In the common areas of the condominium we have: \- Shared pool \- Security gate Important Note: In this haven of peace and a family atmosphere, we seek to preserve the tranquility of all, so no parties or loud noises / music at night are allowed. Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to arrange it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it. We remind you that it is not allowed to leave garbage outside the main doors. Otherwise, a fine of $500 pesos will be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the place in order. We ask you to please not park in front of the property, because it is property of the marina. The fine is $200 USD. We ask you to follow the rules for a better coexistence with the neighbors and the whole environment: \- The reservation is for registered guests only, no visitors or extra guests or pets are allowed. \- It is mandatory to wear the bracelet inside the condominium at all times. \- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances. \- The use of loudspeakers is only allowed inside the property, during the day, at a moderate volume and with doors and windows closed, it is not allowed in the pool area. \- Please do not use towels to wipe off makeup or suntan lotion. \- The pool is open from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm. Before entering it is necessary to take a shower and not have suntan lotion or sunscreen. \- The toilets in the area do not support papers inside the bowl and also to take care of the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because it can get clogged and contaminate a lot. \- Swimming suits are mandatory for the use of the pool. The hours of operation are from 8 am to 8 pm. \- We are not allowed to bring glass containers or glasses, cigarettes and balloons into the pool area. \- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of neighbors. \- We ask you not to leave garbage in common areas or outside the apartment, if you don't know where to throw the garbage please ask us. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: \- Replacement for lost keys, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towel costs $20 US each. \- For each rule that is not complied with, the condo or the neighborhood committee may charge up to $200 usd penalty or take or call the police for a police clearance for misbehavior. \- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will be charged $5 pesos per extra kw. The lockbox did not work. I called and texted. Even reached out to VRBO so they could contact her but they didn’t receive a response either. So we took an Uber to Starbucks to cool off. VRBO asked if we could go back to the property and attempt again. Still no response from the host. We were able to finally get the lockbox open to go through 2 more sets of doors. The house was clean but The water was not hot in both showers. Nothing is in English. Woke up to go to the bathroom and toilet wouldn’t flush so had to do old school and get water from the sink and put in pan to flush toilet. Still no response from host until they sent a generic email about checkout. Not enough garbage cans in apartment. Host harassed me saying I didn’t pay and I contacted VRBO to let them know because I submitted payment when I booked. They were trying to get me to put my card information and pay again. I sent them the message stating I paid and they keep messaging me. Terrible. ##### Roxanna B.
