Excellent staff, the room was very nice, clean and with comfortable beds. The property itself was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. I found the food quality great and enjoyed all the a la carte options as well as the buffet and food truck.

DO NOT come, don’t waste your valuable money and time else where. Words cannot describe how disappointed I was with Iberostar selection CancĂșn of 3 nights of staying. I’ve booked the ocean suite. Suite itself is roomy and spacious balcony was offered for the suite. Soon after check in and got to my room, my excitement drawn to the hole. Here are what are wrong with this resort. 1. Cleanses. I’ve found hairs and dirts on surface of furnitures and side beds. There were sofa pull out bed but decided not to bother use as it was filthy when you open. 2. Bathroom toilet has very low pressure, of course it was clogged each night of stay 3. Bedroom lights where not working- called for fix, no one show up. 4. Noise at night until 10pm. There is live siging performance going on until 10pm right in the middle of the pool area where all ocean front rooms are facing towards to. It’s crazy, noisy you cannot go to sleep. I had such hard time putting kids in sleep every night instead of sounds of ocean breeze and wave I was expected. Cannot believe hotel organize such event at the location of the time. 5. Restraints are booked- you cannot use. There are 5 restaurants, hibachi, steak house, italian - most popular 3, they say first come first serve but no way you will get a seats. Left option will be Mexican and American which foods they serve are below average. We end up use buffet most of the time as that is the only option left. 6. Room service-no drink serve to room

If u go with kids, this place is an Awesome place to stay, they have activities everyday .Staff were very friendly. i like their hospitality. Everything was great EXCEPT it's VERY HARD to have a table in their 4 restaurants besides the buffet although they have 5 restaurants. We stayed there 4 days and we had to have buffet for 3 days in a row because we couldn't get a table even though we got there 5 mins after they opened. And couldn't even make a reservation because they were full for many days. If u don't want to have buffet the entire your stay, make sure to figure this out before booking a trip. They dont have shuttle bus,,, they also don't book taxi for u, so u can try on the app or something . In conclusion, we had a great time! The beach is so clean and clear, i like that they have many pam trees and coconut trees everywhere at the resort. Give u a lot of shade.

We had a beautiful ocean view. We enjoyed the many pools and the beach was nice. We enjoyed the food at the buffet and the various restaurants for dinner. We didn’t get to experience much of the nightly entertainment, started too late.

Excellent high quality all inclusive resort. Kids have their own area so not underfoot everywhere. Food is decent and restaurants were good quality but busy and required early reservations. Beach is beautiful and clean. No seaweed but the waves were very strong in early March to the point that you could be knocked over if not paying attention. This is the same in most of the Cancun strip.

My recent stay at the all-inclusive resort in Cancun was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I stepped into the lobby to the day of my departure, I was immersed in luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. The resort's stunning beachfront location provided breathtaking views and a sense of tranquility that was truly unparalleled. The accommodations were spacious, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire for a blissful vacation. The dining options were equally impressive, with a wide variety of culinary delights to satisfy every palate. From lavish buffets to intimate Ă  la carte dinners, each meal was a culinary journey filled with flavor and creativity. However, my only disappointment stemmed from the unexpected discovery that certain premium wines and specialty dishes incurred additional charges. While the majority of amenities were indeed all-inclusive, the extra costs for these select items came as a surprise and detracted slightly from an otherwise flawless experience. Despite this minor setback, the resort's attentive staff, pristine facilities, and array of activities ensured that my stay was nothing short of memorable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a luxurious retreat in Cancun, with the caveat to be mindful of potential extra charges for those seeking premium dining experiences.

I liked that everything was easy walking distance, the pools, the beach, the dining area and the rooms. Most of the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. My partner became ill on day from something she ate, I found out the hotel doctor is a separate charge-$200 dollars, just to visit even though he is in the hotel. Also, everything was expensive, why? 1 U.S. dollar equals 16 of Mexican Pecos.

It is important to say that we work with high standards and protocols regarding hygiene, health, sanitation, service and safety. In order to maintain these high standards our team of Chefs daily supervises that the food is prepared with the highest levels of hygiene and quality, from the moment each dish is prepared, until we deliver it to our guests.In addition to this, we have daily inspections carried out by our Quality & Hygiene department as well as by an external company. Everything is continuously inspected, from our ingredients, temperatures, water, procedures, and every tool and equipment used for food handling. Allow us to explain that all medical services are provided by an external hospital, for this reason they are not part of the services included and they have their own established prices.We do hope that you have taken away some wonderful memories of your holiday, even though everything was not completely to your liking. This Resort is not bad but it is definitely nothing close to 5 star. It really is just average. There was nothing they did wrong in particular there was just so much more they could have done right. The no plastic policy is good but if you’re going to have such a policy, provide your glass bottles in sizes that can fit in the refrigerator. Who wants to drink took temp water in a tropical climate? Also the no smoking policy even outside is laughable. The room service hours can not be 24hrs??? We were told the restaurants close at 10:00 during check in but I arrived at the steak house and also the Italian restaurant at 9:24 pm and was told they were closed. There were too many in inconveniences like this that make this resort closer to 3 stars. Compared to the 5 star quality cancun resorts and other Caribbean countries. I will say that the app they offer is very convenient and tech forward. It seemed very family friendly and orchestrated so it’s probably a great place for families.

The beach is incredible. The huts help provide shade on the beach and a bar/food is nearby. Very relaxing. The lobby bar is entertaining to hang out at night and listening to music. Lili S. is a waitress that really makes you feel comfortable and will help in any way to have an enjoyable experience. Also, go to La Horma, the Italian restaurant, and see Jose M. the manager, he'll makes the dining experience perfect and helped answer some of our questions. Lili and Jose really go out of their way! However, all the staff was great! The only concern we had, was there were too many small children, not behaved and loud screaming and crying in all areas.

Very enjoyable vacation. Staff always there to help. Special praise to Keyla on the entertainment staff who took the time to chat to an old lady and share her bright smile. The last night the music was loudest at the pool and it didn't stop until after 10pm and I had an early morning flight. Everything else was well done.

Good spot for the families. The buffet was okay as you would expect from an all inclusive. The hibachi was great. You can never go wrong with white sand and the blue water!

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Kid friendly resort with water park for smaller children and activities for older kids. One of the few kid friendly resorts in Cancun.

We got sick... 6 out of us 9 got sick while we were there, we also had hardware issues such as doors not shutting, one of our rooms had door handle replaced, AC was super noisy and in another room not cooling until we called several times before it was fixed. This place isn't worth the money and I don't think proper hygiene is maintained if that many of us got sick while we were there

Also, we sincerely regret that your room did not live up to your expectations, as we do try to take care of every detail so that our guests enjoy their stay with us.
