Nice And complete 3 stars hotel

Posted 12-Feb-2016
Pros: Beach and atention
Cons: Renew Beach towels. And laundry room was out of service
Charming Beach close to a pier in front of Isla Mujeres. We received a corner suite and view from the room was amazing. Room had all the amennities and was every day cleaned. Small parking but was solved by valet personal waiting for the arriving guests.

Has pluses and minuses

Posted 9-Jan-2016
Seemed like maids needed to be tipped first then they would do an adequate job. Front desk processes need serious refinement. Food was mediocre at best. We didn't eat there much. Beach and pool service was fantastic. Concierge service was very good. Room key quit working several times and there were always people with the same problem waiting at the front desk. Overall, doable but next time I'll stay somewhere else

Just for the night.

Pros: Room was clean and bed were good.
I would only stay at the Holiday Inn Arenas if you need a clean room to sleep. Short beach and fair pool.

Sobre boulevard Kukulkan

Buen lugar para quedarse por negocios por su cercanía al centro y a la zona turística, el hotel está realmente sobre el boulevard Kukulkan....

Convenient location and beach

Posted 25-Aug-2015
Pros: The price was reasonable for the location and what you get. They provide free parking if you have a rental car. Pool and beach on site.
Cons: Dining options and menu. It's really limited.
Location: Downtown can be reached easily by the bus, and the eating/shopping in zona are easily reached as well. Bus runs every 5 minutes.
The hotel is located at the end of the hotel strip (zona hotelera) close to downtown. The staff is friendly and tries hard to help. The travel desk, which sells tours and other items, helps you even when not buying from them. The rooms are big and feature balaconies, so you can enjoy the evening or early mornings. The pool isn't that big, which isn't an issue, but lots of families come so it's often filled with kids. Beach is a few feet beyond the pool. It's safe to leave your belongings there and go to the beach as there are many other hotel guests there. Wifi was sufficient.

No era lo q esperaba

Posted 24-Aug-2015 on Hotels
No volveré

Full of Mexican families

Posted 16-Aug-2015
This is a family hotel. Very noisy. The room I had booked wasn't available so I was given 2 queen size beds instead of one king. Food very average.
