Resort was very clean and staff was outstanding. Food was bland and nothing to get excited about. All in all, we had a great time but based off of the food and restaurant choices, we won't be back to this resort.

My husband and I have been going to Grand park royal for over 15 years. The staff is always amazing. Rocio, the butler in the royal tower, is very attentive and excellent! Edgar and Lolli in the Deli are fantastic. Great customer service.

The property is wonderful, it feels like its own little oasis. Food was ok, what we expected from an all-inclusive. The VIP treatment was amazing, our room in the royal tower was beautiful and our butler Yajahira was very accommodating. We were able to have access to the bali beds everyday, no issues with restaurant reservations, and having access to the steakhouse for breakfast & lunch was a nice step away from the busy international buffet. It was a very relaxing vacation for us.

Our stay was wonderful. We were in Tower 2 and the room was wonderful. The view was amazing. Our butler was Rocío and she was so wonderful. We booked this type room for the view but were originally assigned a ground floor (no view) room. Rocio worked diligently to move us the next day and it was perfect. The rooms in Tower 2 have cabanas available on the beach and that helped make our trip perfect. The Italian restaurant had great dishes. We also enjoyed the Hibachi dinner at KOI. The only disappointment was the food served between 11-12:30–hamburgers, chicken wings, and pizza (at least they said it was pizza but more like a cracker with a little cheese in it). Because we ate breakfast early, it was a long wait for the buffet to open at 12:30. The staff was friendly and helpful. The adult pool was well maintained and very clean but usually very crowded and all chairs and shaded spots taken early so thankful we had a cabana on the beach.

We had a great time at GPR.The food was good .The animation team was excellent;Alejandro was amazing.We had the best time doing aerobics at the pool with him.However the administration of the hotel tries to sell vacation packages and honestly it was a nightmare ;it's basically harassment 😩They kept pushing and pushing .They kept us for over 3 hours trying to force a vacation club.This ruined our stay at GPR aside from that everything was great.

We greatly enjoyed our experience in the Jaccuzzi VIP room, with its exceptional room and butler service. The breathtaking ocean view and turquoise blue water were unparalleled. An added perk was the complimentary cabana, courtesy of booking the Jaccuzzi tower. Our butler provided impeccable service through WhatsApp.

I loved the rooftop bar, the Italian restaurant and the rooms. All rooms have ocean view! Dining at other restaurants like the buffet and the seafood restaurant needs improvement. My parents stayed at the main building and they complained how noisy and outdated are the facilities are on that side. The newer buildings are open a quiet.

I loved this property. The staff were amazing and accommodating. I had a butler. Her name was Jessica and she made sure our stay was a “WOW’” experience. Anything we needed she made sure we had it. The view was amazing from the room since it was ocean front. The room and the property was extremely clean. We loved the adults only pool with the swim up bar. I would stay at this property again.

The resort is beautiful, great pools and beach front. Lots of entertainment and amenities. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Beware the sales concierges. You will be assigned a “concierge” that doesn’t check you in or book your dinners but simply attempting to sell you on more things and ultimately timeshares.

We just got back from Grand Park Royal. Here is a list of positive and negative feedback Positive 1.service is top notched. We had Jessica as our butler. She is very friendly, she goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. 2.Teresa was our waitress, she is super friendly and always making sure we had everything we needed. 3. We stayed at the Villa, holy smokes the view is spectacular. 4. Food was very good (buffet and habachi table) 5. Again every single staff there are super friendly 6. Equinox lounge bar - bartendar is extremely frienldy whom has been with the company 28 years. This is where you need to go to inwind and relax. Ok so the negatives 1. Pushy concierge the minute you arrive they try to sell you their membership 2. Random people who sells stuff on the beach are able to cut through to the Villas 3. Beds definetly needs updating (very squeeky beds) 4. Shower had not pressure or hot water Overall we would definitely come back!!

Si van a reservar en el restaurante RIB donde cobran los platillos aparte como langosta, pero no te comentan al momento de hacer la reservación te cobran 900 pesos aparte, al momento de hacer el check out te los cobran, y esa opción no esta en el todo incluido, la comida le falta mucha variedad y no es tan buena la calidad, instalaciones personal y limpieza bueno.

The resort is beautiful and the staff was helpful and hardworking. Limited chairs around the family pool, I watched people take and fight over pool chairs everyday. The beach is beautiful but only 24 beach chairs? I walked the beach and every other resort has tons of beach chairs lined up on the beach. Why they don't add chairs to the family pool and beach area is beyond me. The food isn't good. I've stayed at many all inclusive resorts and the food is never all that great but here, its realy lacking in options and quality / taste. The drinks are weak, don't expect to get even a buzz from the drinks. The lobby bar had the best drinks by far, so if you feel like making the extra walk for a drink, I suggest walking there.

We stayed for a week and loved our time there. Our room was great and the view was amazing. We see many reviews talking about the food. The food was good and the a la carte restaurants are a must. We had Jessica as our butler and she was amazing. We were there for our Anniversary and she decorated our room. It was a nice touch. She really went above and beyond. We will definitely stay there again.
