Affordable all inclusive, right next to the beach

Overall it was a good experience due to it being our first all inclusive resort. I would rate the food 7.5/10, since it was kind of repetitive throughout the week. But there were 5 restaurants to choose from so there was a good variety. I'm a pretty picky person but my only con is that the condition of the hotel needs a little bit of upgrading. The hotel bathrooms were clean but just looked old. Our room was also clean but it was out of style. Wifi also sucked in our room, we were in a junior suite facing the lagoon. But it wasn't a big deal since we were barely in our room. If you want good wifi, you need to go downstairs. Other than that, it was overall a good experience and the staff was great and very helpful.

Pros: The beach !!!
Cons: They are constantly doing up keep maintenance, painting, cleaning. On the ocean that is what you have to do to maintain the property.
Location: Beach, downtown 2 minute ride or 15 minute walk.
Very nice hotel on the beach, great beach are. Food is great and so is the staff. If you have kids a lot of things for kids to do.

Location: good
i visited the hotel 20 years ago and it is not the same the room no longer has the good conditions and the clean only makes it for the tip. the food in the restaurant is good the tours can not be bought at the hotel you are sold almost 50 % more expensive than if you buy it on the spot

Cons: Noise volume on PA system
Location: Lots of stuff - walking distance to stores and clubs
Good location and nice beach. The hotel staff were the best I have ever experienced at a resort. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Decent selection of foods and the rooms were stocked nicely. My only complaint was the noise -they have lots of activities in/around pool during day and it's REALLY, REALLY LOUD. It was fine most of the time, but it would have been nice to have some siesta time during the afternoon. It was so loud you hear it in your room with doors and windows shut. Again, the staff here were excellent.

Amazing hotel, staff, location

Beyond our expectations. Food was great at all the restaurants. Always something going on by the pools/night shows, etc. Junior ocean view suite was amazing and big! Highly recommend. We can't wait to go back

Food Terrible, almost no activities or shows

We dessided to book this Hotel because it has one of the best ratings from Cancun hotels. A family of three with a 3 year old we were planning to stay at the resort an not go out. We spent 10 days at this resort FOOD WAS TERRIBLE, two Buffets with little variety and the same food was serve over and over again not fresh food. What's worse they served old food from the night before for breakfast and lunch. The only fish served "mahi-mahi" and and not very tasteful. Meat was not fresh and the texture of old frozen meat. One night they served Mahi-Mahi with the name of Salmon I had enough and called the Chef to what he apologized and said that they had made a mistake but offered to cook some salmon just for me the next night. They however did not cook salmon any night for the rest of the customers. No activities or shows, we attended to this show one night and the smell on the room dedicated to theater was so bad that we had to leave. Smell like old wet carpet and strong mold smell The kids pool was cold as ice and they told me the heater was broken, no music during the day at the pool for except for just a day or two. If you have a toddler you won't be able to use the beach since waves are way to high even for adults. The staff service is the only positive thing about this Hotel, they do their best to serve you. Great service from chef Eder, Cruz and Manuel and all other server I was very please with how they treat me an my family regardless the food and issues.
