The hot water wasn’t hot, at best it was warm. We were on the ground floor and it was extremely noisy with children running up and down and screaming at 1.30 am. We asked for a wake up call as we had to be at the airport for 5.00 but we didn’t get it. Otherwise the hotel itself was very clean and the staff were accommodating.

The front desk was speedy and pleasant. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Our room was clean and well maintained. They provide a shuttle to the airport.

Confirm shuttle contact number at hotel is functioning. Shuttle cannot be arranged until after going through customs and picking up luggage. This can take a long time at Cancún Airport, (in excess of 2 hours on two occasions in Feb and March 2024). No one answered at the Marriot Courtyard Hotel to arrange a shuttle pick up. Eventually got a local to help.

The hotel was clean and staff were very attentive and helpful. The floors/halls when you walk to your room have a strong smell of wet dog. It's strong and unpleasant. Only good thing is that you can't smell it once you walk into you're room.

We had a one night stay at this hotel as we were en route to an all inclusive the next day. The hotel was clean and conveniently located and the complimentary shuttle was appreciated. We didn't get to fully experience the hotel due to our short stay but we did have dinner at the restaurant. The dinner was quite pricey though for what it was so make sure you are aware of prices.

The room along with all the linens were spotless and neat. A beautiful pool and garden area. We ordered pizza and it was so so, built on top a frozen crust. We would order something if another time comes along. The guacamole was very good!

This is one of the few airport hotels in Cancun. Although expensive it was convenient and close to the airport and the shuttle was excellent.

A very beautiful hotel with comfortable bedding( love those pillows), ample room space, windows that actually open, excellent, silent HVAC system, very pleasant and helpful staff at a reasonable price. Great service and food in the restaurant served on a lovely outdoor patio or inside in a spacious dining room. Quick trip to the airport and free shuttle if needed.

The toilette was durty. No shampoo and conditionner either. Only one small bottle of water for two people. Whaen I call the service room , nobody answered so I had to go to the restaurant area for asking meals.

We were impressed with the hotel accommodations. We had two unfortunate issues, firstly, the shuttle to pick us up at the airport did not happen and we took a taxi after an hour of trying to communicate with staff. Unfortunately we got burnt on the amount and an extra payment they took off my card period as well at midnight I had to contact the desk due to The adjoining room was not well insulated and the TV was extremely loud and prevented us from sleeping. One of the staff did go up and the TV did get turned off. However at 3 o’clock in the morning there was more noise again coming from that room that kept us up. Overall the rooms that have adjoining doors unfortunately don’t give you the quietness during the night that you would expect.

The property itself is very nice. Our room was also very nice and comfortable. The restaurant was expensive but that is expext when inside a hotel. The food was avarage to good, no complaints there I do have one very large complaint, we had originally booked for the night of 2/7 and needed to change dates due to a family emergency, and the hotel charged us another $131.48, more than we even originally paid. We did not want to cancel our stay just needed a date change. We will not be staying at a Marriot again.
