The rooms have big air conditioning units that were life saving and the perfect amount of space. It is in the city with not many tourists. The food in the area is delicious and there are many convenience stores for water refills. It is also very easy to get transportation in this area, easy access for ubers and taxis. AC was at an additional cost, there was only bedding on one of the beds, and half of the floor was covered in a puddle of water. The surrounding area is unsafe (confirmed by two taxi drivers) and was noisy during the night. People were consuming unacceptable things, and bringing strange people. The place is dirty, the economic room has no access to the ac. The worst hotel in 11 years of my travelling. The staff is arrogant and will use excuses not to use the same language. They charged me more than what I had to pay for. The continental breakfast included bread butter jam, with Tea of a glass of juice.
