### LA LONGERE DU TERTRE - Charmante longère proche plage
We offer for rent, in Cancale, this charming accomodation at less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi, with a surface area of 180 m² and can accommodate up to eleven travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room, equipped kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a beautiful enclosed garden.
Cleaning is included in the rent and 4\* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The house is ideally located in Cancale, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. A path that runs alongside the house takes you directly to the GR34, with access to the beach at Port Briac and a small cove.
All the essential shops, restaurants, bars and markets are just a 5 minute drive away.
The accommodation is composed as follows
\- a living room with TV
\- a fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine...
\- six bedrooms including :
\- one on the ground floor with a double bed,
\- one on the mezzanine with a double bed (140cm),
\- on the first floor, 2 double bedrooms,
\- and on the second floor, under the roof, 2 bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with 2 children's beds.
\- two bathrooms with shower and bath
\- separate toilets
For more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
By booking this house, you will have the following facilities during your stay:

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances en famille très agréable dans cette longère. Elle est très spacieuse, parfaitement équipée, avec une belle terrasse et un jardin fleuri bien entretenu. Le GR démarrant près de la maison est bien pratique pour se rendre à la crique de Port Briac. L'accueil d'Emilie et son mari, employés de l'agence CocoonR, était parfait.

Emplacement mal indique, mais une fois qu'on le connait tres facile d'acces, tres bon accueil, maison tres spacieuse, amenagee avec gout et originalite avec une volonte de qualite dans les equipements, en excellent etat, disposant de tous les elements necessaires au confort et meme plus. Nous etions 10 membres d'une meme famille et avons vecu quatre jours sans rencontrer aucune difficulte. Nous recommandons cette location sans reserve.

Notre rassemblement familial s'est très bien passé dans cette location. Très grande maison tout en pierre, très bien décorée. Literies parfaites. Très belle maison, très spacieuse et confortable, proche de la mer et du sentier côtier. Notre séjour en famille a été très agréable. On peut juste regretter l’équipement de la cuisine un peu limité et la température intérieure un peu juste en hiver.
