### Gîte La Cormorandière

We propose you to rent, on the commune of Cancale, this charming house in which is the lodging of Cormorandière of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 320 m². Free Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation accessible through a private entrance is composed as follows:  
  
On the first floor:  
\- A living room of 25 m² with TV, sofa, armchair and a dining area that can accommodate 4 guests.  
\- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with filter...  
\- Separate toilet.  
  
On the first floor:  
\- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190).  
\- Bedroom 2 : two single beds.  
\- A bathroom with shower and toilet.  
  
Outside :  
\- A beautiful garden of 320 m² not closed and shared with the other cottages.  
\- A private terrace of 14 m² facing North with furniture to enjoy the nice days.  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, ironing board and iron.  
  
The gite is ideally located in Cancale, elected as a remarkable site of taste and famous for its oysters and shellfish, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also stores, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Nearby:  
\- The port is 5 minutes walk by a small path called "les jeux".  
\- Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes at 7 min by car : Intermarché with gas station, bakeries, tobacco, post office, florist.  
\- Cancale at 4 min by car : Super U with gas station, bakery, tobacco, the port with its restaurants and oyster beds, market...  
\- Beach of Cancale located at 1.1 km (14 min on foot).  
\- Oyster market located at 1.3 km (17 min walk)  
\- Pointe du Grouin located at 4.5 km (8 min by car)  
\- Grand Aquarium located at 17 km (17 min by car)  
\- Saint-Malo and Dinard located at about 18 km (28 min by car)  
\- Mont Saint-Michel located 48 km (47 min by car)

Transportation :  
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking lot of the house which can welcome up to 9 vehicles all lodgings included.  
  
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo station located at 13.9 km (17 min by car).  
\- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport located at 22.4 km (24 min by car).

\- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
