"The hotel was located in a very centralized location with lots of dining and shopping options near by that you can walk to. Keep in mind there are a lot of homeless around this area. It was also not too far from some of the famous hiking spots. Parking is right next to the hotel, which was very nice. It does say heated pool; however, the pool did not seem it was heated and there are not enough chairs to accommodate people. Our front desk person that helped us was slightly rude. She said she would call us as soon our room was available, but never did. The windows in the room are not that thick so you can hear the train and cars in the room. Also, our AC in the room felt like it didn’t work. Not sure if I would stay here again if I ever come back to Portland."
