Positives:A few minutes walk into Kingston.Beds were comfortable Good size for a family of 5.Negatives:Apartment is above the boom gate which makes a loud grinding noise each time it opened & closed. Which was frequently.Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable.Bedding for sofa bed not readily available, needed to go through various cupboards to find 2 duvets (1 to sleep on, as no sheet & 1 as a cover. Not enough towels providedCrockery & glassware in cupboards were dirty & needed to be washed before use.
