Different check in process that worked well for us. Not sure how safe it is since anyone can access the hotel area, but everything went well for us.

Hotel was good for a 3 star the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge and the shower fantastic good water pressure staff in hotel were very nice so really no complaints

Bed was extremely comfortable. Trucks servicing Cole and bins were very loud in the mornings. Secure parking was excellent. Digital Checkin was great and lovely not having to carry a physical key. I would stay again and would recommend if you are looking for a budge friendly option.

Have stayed here many times prior to the refurbishment and was unsure how the no reception process would work but it was seamless. Great meal in the restaurant the night we arrived with helpful friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms. Would be good to have crockery and cutlery with having a microwave but other than that a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

I was lucky to find this place by chance last year on our annual pilgrimage to Summernats. As a fussy chef, I was amazed by the quality of food and the friendliness of the staff last year. Nothing was too difficult, as I had my 13 year old with me , and he can be a little fussy, given how his dad spoils him… So after trying a beautiful scotch fillet, cooked medium rare, with an ice cold beer, it was the perfect end to a hot busy day…. We went to our room where the aircon greeted us with the perfect ambiance. A hot shower with an array of body wash and hair products, and nice thick white towels-made life again easy for both of us… We hit the jackpot again with the beautiful beds, that to my pleasant surprise were not soft or floppy, but firm and had lovely pillows and crisp clean sheets… I work in hospitality so apologies for being and sounding like I’m some hotel inspector, but really of all the places I’ve stayed in the country this one ticks all the boxes.. This year I even came away with a new beer, which the manager and very helpful barman put me onto. I asked for something different and after a quick taste test, I was immediately impressed. So much so, when I returned to Sydney I sourced the craft beer, and took off and bought a box, how go is that… My only regret was not to have breakfast there. The smell of that gorgeous coffee, and very appealing menu, was overlooked only because we were on very tight schedules Next year we will…..

First arrival wasn't ideal. The instruction mentioned entrance, but there were actually 3 entrances, and the keypad to the secure parking is hidden behind a bush. Once in the secure parking, the directions for my room number were on the street side of the pilon, rather than the side where cars are parked - so easily missed. After an up and down of both staircases, found that my room was on the other end of the hotel (which was ok, i was just tired). After those first visit hiccups, absolutely excellent. Great price, modern communications for entry, excellent facilities, good food and beer. Will stay again. Thanks !

The property has been refurbished, and I’m loving the coordinated accessories …. Alll black Check in /out was easy One negative about not having motel staff on site is there’s no son to ask if there is a query … extra towels..pillow…tea/coffee etc. another, teeny little thing is that I don’t like the fragrance of the provided pump packs of conditioner and shampoo & hand wash. I have to remember to bring my own. As I said, it’s just a teeny tiny thing.
