Self-contained fully furnished comfortable specious studio with en-suite located in Garran. The studio includes a queen size bed, bedside table, a study desk, display unit, TV, sofa, chairs and a dinning table. Small kitchenette includes bar fridge, microwave, and a convection oven with hot plate. Pots, pants, crockery, and cutlery are also included.  
The studio has its own entrance. There is also an off-street parking.

\- Separate entry;   
\- Own bathroom;

\- Very specious studio over 50 square meters with quite environment.  
  
The studio is located within around 5 mins walking distance to the Canberra hospital, 10 mins walking to local shops, newsagent, restaurant, private and public school, around 15 mins walking distance to the Woden Town Centre. A few steps away to the public transport.

My partner and I loved our stay here for the weekend. It was very cute and quaint! Judy and her family were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating whilst we were there. Would definitely recommend as it was close to the city, shops, the hospital, and just about anywhere in Canberra.
